Utilizing the unique stretches and stabilizing moves of the Nutritious Movement® modality, we address the body's blind spots for a stronger and more mobile you! This is a 1 hour class and appropriate for many levels, there will be some getting up and down from the floor. Located on the 2nd floor, studio room #4.
